We offer 680 square foot one bedroom suites featuring a large bedroom, separate kitchen, comfortable dining area, and abundant closets. Fully carpeted, these units are cable ready for high-speed Internet access with central heating and air conditioning, combined shower and bathtub, electric range, and disposal. Our 850 square foot suites include two spacious bedrooms, generous closet space, and patios are available in some units. All of our suites include paid water, on-site laundry facilities in each building, extra storage, and convenient first floor mail access.
Baldwin Park Apartments is a very quiet community nestled in a park-like setting. Located 1,500 feet from Pearl Road, each unit features the privacy of twelve inch thick concrete walls, a call system, and locked privacy doors accessible only by residents and staff members. We offer carports, plenty of parking, a playground, and on-site maintenance for our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We are a pet-friendly community and welcome cats and small dogs under twenty-five pounds.
Our leases typically run from three months to a year in length, and senior citizens receive a discount on their rent.
